_ [unix]ESXiでの仮想マシンが外部から発見されるまで

仮想OS作って起動して、外部からpingを打つと応答来始めるまでに10秒くらいかかることがある。 もちろんその間はsshも不可。pingが通ると以降は普通に動く。pingも10ms程度で安定。 1発目の応答だけ長い。探してますー的感じか？ L2の問題か。Ethernetの仕様はこうなんだっけ...

よし、これ以降は正常。 最初に苦しんでいるんだな。（717ms)
